The goal of the conference is to assess the situation of Armenian hostages in Azerbaijan. Participants are presenting updated evaluations of the situation. Armen Ishkhanyan is also present at the event. He is the son of Davit Ishkhanyan, the former speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly, who is being held hostage in Baku.
The conference was organized by Members of the European Parliament Costas Mavrides and Miriam Lexmann. The ARF Hay Dat Office of Europe assisted in the organizational work.
