Panorama — A criminal investigation has been launched into a tragic car accident in the Ararat province that claimed the lives of three people, with law enforcement officials arresting the drivers of two of the vehicles involved. The incident occurred on the previous evening, when a Toyota, a VAZ, and a Volkswagen collided on the Yeghegnavan-Aygavan road, resulting in a fire breaking out in the latter vehicle.
Rescue teams arriving at the scene extinguished the fire; however, they unfortunately discovered the charred bodies of three individuals inside the Volkswagen. Prior to the arrival of firefighters, four other victims were hospitalized to receive the necessary medical attention. Law enforcement agencies are currently working to determine the circumstances of the incident, investigating potential traffic violations that led to these severe consequences.
