Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan and Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan visited the Military-Industrial Committee on July 3. They discussed the possibilities of utilizing domestic technological and military-industrial potential within the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) system.
Aram Jivanyan, Chairman of the Military-Industrial Committee, presented the innovative achievements of the sector and the technological solutions developed by Armenian engineering teams and research centers.
The discussion focused on the application of domestic products for the technical modernization of services subordinate to the MIA, namely the Police and the Rescue Service. Attention was paid to the development and implementation of technological solutions tailored to the needs of the MIA system. The expansion of cooperation with local technology companies was emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, it was highlighted that effective cooperation between the state and private sectors is crucial for strengthening the country's security and developing the domestic military industry.
