Factor — The Multi Wellness sports and health complex, owned by Gagik Tsarukyan, which had remained closed following the arrest of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) leader, will resume normal operations tomorrow. The complex, which had kept its doors closed to customers for approximately 24 days, will be ready to welcome visitors again early in the morning at 07:00.

For the past four days, active work has been underway on the premises. Nearly a dozen Yerevan Municipality employees have removed the seals from the doors and are engaged in cleaning the interior, as well as refreshing the exercise equipment and necessary machinery.

General Director of the complex Arman Piroyan stated that he had not received any official notification regarding the reopening and had learned the information personally from the staff. He expressed surprise at the situation, emphasizing that investigative actions are still ongoing and there is no legal decision regarding the management of the property yet. According to Piroyan, the municipal representatives simply informed them that a temporary manager had been appointed and that they have the right to use the property.

As a reminder, the complex was closed following searches conducted on July 6, and the entrances were sealed with police tape. Later, the State Revenue Committee announced the discovery of approximately 2.6 billion drams in concealed turnover.
