Lurer — The strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Wildberries warehouses in the Tambov and Moscow regions may be considered war crimes. International humanitarian law protects civilian infrastructure.

Thameen Al-Kheetan, a representative of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, clarified this position in Geneva. According to him, intentional attacks on civilian objects are war crimes.

Al-Kheetan also noted that an investigation is necessary. This would allow for all the details to be established.
