News.am — The Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal has decided to modify Armen Ashotyan's preventive measure, replacing his detention with house arrest. As reported by his defense attorney Ruben Melikyan, this change in custody status takes effect today.

Recall that Ashotyan was arrested on June 5, 2023, and on July 7, the court extended his detention period for another month. This latest court decision means that Ashotyan will be transferred from detention to his home, where he will remain under house arrest for the duration of the subsequent judicial proceedings.
