He emphasized that the authorities will continue to focus on large-scale projects, such as TRIPP, aimed at increasing the country's weight on the international economic map. Highlighting the nature of foreign relations, the Prime Minister declared that Armenia is not seeking pity. "Armenia needs partnership, and we are a reliable partner," Pashinyan asserted at an official level.
This emphasis by the Prime Minister reflects a shift in Armenia's foreign policy course, where the focus is placed on agency and equal partnership relations. This moves away from the previously common rhetoric of "aid," prioritizing the improvement of the investment environment instead.
