Charges were filed in connection with the incident, and a decision was made to detain the alleged perpetrator. The pretrial investigation of the criminal case was conducted by the Investigative Committee. Regarding the incident, the Investigative Committee reported that during the pretrial investigation of criminal proceedings initiated in the Yerevan City Investigative Department, a public criminal prosecution was initiated against one person under Article 198, Part 3, Point 1 of the Criminal Code, which concerns violent acts of a sexual nature.
