Factor — The former Multi Wellness sports and health complex has resumed its normal operations. Mayor Tigran Avinyan has assured that existing customer packages will remain valid, and the days during which the complex was closed will be added to the duration of the services provided. The Municipality has now taken over the organization of the facility's operations to ensure citizens can continue to use the gym without interruption.
It was observed on-site that the 'Multi Wellness' sign has been removed from the building, and the flag of the Yerevan Municipality now flies on the facade. This change followed an earlier official announcement, according to which the gym, previously owned by Gagik Tsarukyan, has been transferred to municipal ownership.
As Tigran Avinyan noted, the building was constructed on inalienable land with recorded violations, based on which the Municipality unilaterally terminated the contract and returned the building to community management. The Yerevan Municipality has also issued an additional official statement regarding this process.
