The parties noted with satisfaction the progress of the Bargushat tunnel construction project, which has now entered the practical phase, and emphasized the importance of launching construction works as soon as possible. Beyond the economic agenda, the leaders also discussed issues related to regional security, stressing the urgency of efforts aimed at establishing peace.
Incorporating the space sector into Armenian-French relations elevates the strategic partnership to a new level. Although such summits hold symbolic diplomatic significance, shifting infrastructure projects like the Bargushat tunnel into the practical phase demonstrates that the agenda is becoming increasingly focused on tangible economic components.
