Yerevan is expected to remain precipitation-free during the daytime on July 9 and from July 10-14. On the evenings of July 11 and 12, wind speeds are forecast to intensify, reaching up to 13-15 m/s.
According to forecasts from the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected across Armenia, primarily in the northern regions, during the daytime on July 9 and in the afternoons of July 10-14. Hail is possible in isolated areas on July 9.
Winds will be from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, but during thunderstorms, wind gusts could reach 18-23 m/s. In Armavir, and the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, strong winds of up to 13-16 m/s are anticipated during the evenings of July 11 and 12.
Air temperatures are projected to rise by 6-8 degrees Celsius during the daytime on July 9 and from July 10-11. Only in Lori-Tavush will temperatures decrease by 4-5 degrees Celsius during the daytime on July 12.
