An incident occurred yesterday, July 8, during the transfer of crocodiles from Gagik Tsarukyan's mansion to the zoo. According to published reports, one of the predators bit an employee, who was subsequently taken to the hospital by ambulance.
While the Ministry of Internal Affairs had earlier denied information about the incident, Yerevan City Hall confirmed it, clarifying that the crocodile struck the employee's eyebrow with its tail. Although it was noted that the injury was minor and bandaged on the spot, the employee's hospitalization is nonetheless confirmed.
