The Prosecutor General’s Office is demanding the seizure of a massive amount of assets and funds from Gagik Tsarukyan, news.am reports.
The list of requested items includes 75 real estate properties, 57 of which are located in Yerevan. The Prosecutor's Office also seeks to seize 42 vehicles.
The lawsuit further includes shares in 38 legal entities. Among these are Multi Group Concern, Multi Autotrans, and Onira Club.
The total monetary claim amounts to 105 billion 865 million 865 thousand AMD. This sum includes the balance of illicit income, expenditures, and loans granted. The figure also incorporates the market value of 5 vehicles.
