Citizen Mane Yepremyan has raised alarms about the poor quality of services provided by the company "GO TRAVEL" and serious issues within the travel insurance sector.
According to her, the company's work is disgracefully organized—from the moment of payment to the transfer from the hotel to the airport. She urges people to simply avoid using this company's services to save their own nerves.
The user also advises to always read the insurance contract carefully when traveling. Often, people pay attention only to extreme cases, but during a beach vacation, it turns out that simple issues like sun allergy are not included in the coverage.
Yepremyan shared that she was forced to negotiate for two hours with the "INGO" insurance company and their mediating Russian organization, which ultimately refused assistance, suggesting she consult a doctor at her own expense. She notes that in recent times, major companies providing low-quality services under the guise of "best service" has become a pattern.
Consumer dissatisfaction in the tourism and insurance sectors is not a random phenomenon, but often reflects systemic problems in the market. Very often, when using a service, customers trust the company's good reputation or advertising without examining the terms of the contract in detail.
Limitations in insurance coverage and the lack of effective communication with mediating companies create additional financial and emotional costs for citizens. Such cases demonstrate that when planning a vacation, special attention must be paid to every detail to avoid future surprises.
