Natalia Rotenberg has filed a lawsuit against Tigran Arzakantsyan's son, Maximus, and Naira Khachatryan, Factor reports.
Rotenberg is demanding to be recognized as the real buyer of a property located on H. Babayan Street in Yerevan. She is also requesting that the sales contract be declared fictitious. On paper, the property was purchased by Maximus Arzakantsyan; however, Rotenberg claims that she provided the funds for the purchase.
The case is being presided over by Judge Ashot Hovhannisyan. Rotenberg's lawyer has not yet disclosed further details about the case. The property was purchased on March 5, 2024.
Tigran Arzakantsyan and Natalia Rotenberg were officially divorced on July 10. They had been married since 2019.
Earlier, Rotenberg reported that her husband had committed domestic violence against her. Criminal proceedings are underway based on this claim. Arzakantsyan denies the allegations of violence, stating that he regrets his wife's decision.
Natalia Rotenberg was previously married to Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg. They divorced in 2013.
